Liability for content
Pursuant to § 7 section 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), we as service providers are liable, in accordance with general laws, for the content on our pages. However, according to §§ 8 to 10 of the TMG, we as service providers are under no obligation to monitor external information provided or stored on our website or search for circumstances which are indicative of illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Any liability concerning this matter can only be assumed from the point in time at which the infringement becomes known to us. Once we have become aware of a specific infringement of the law, we will immediately remove the content in question.

Liability for links
Our site contains links to the external websites of third parties, the content of which we have no influence over. Therefore, we cannot accept any liability for the content of these sites. The content of linked sites is the exclusive responsibility of their operators. The content of linked sites was checked for possible legal violations, and illegal content was not detected at the time of linking. However, a permanent control over the content of the linked sites is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation. However, upon notification of a violation of the law, we will remove such links immediately.
